We're thrilled to welcome Rebolucion director Luis Aguer to Quick Fire 15. 

Luis started his career in television, and as soon as he set foot in advertising, he won a scholarship: the Cannes Lions Master of Creativity. He loves big, international projects but enjoys shooting the occasional short film and working in theatre. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he helmed Pandemos (http://pandemosproject.com/), a series of collaborative films made around the world and based on an original idea by Luis and Diego Medvedocky. He has worked with brands like Nike, Honda, Ballantine's, and Samsung, among many others. Luis is currently working on his first documentary feature, about a Muay Thai fighter who's lost an arm.

8. What song gets you dancing in your living room?

Soy Sabalero from Los Palmeras, a kind of Hymn from my football team back in Argentina, Colon de Santa Fé.

9. Favourite movie and soundtrack?

American Hustle, Virgin Suicides, Licorice Pizza... There are so many I can't choose only one.

10. If you could direct a music video for any artist/band, who would it be?

Jungle, I love their music videos.

11. Film director idol?

Mr. Stanley Kubrick.  

12. What are you reading at the moment?

Our part of the night, from Mariana Enriquez and Homo Deus from Yuval Noah Harari.

13. What are you watching at the moment?

Succession, waiting for the next season. And right now Severance, cool TV show.
