Original Composition and Sound Design | Client: Google | Agency: Across The Pond

Across the Pond and Art and Graft celebrate Google’s leap into the quantum frontier — a film to tantalise and inspire a future generation about the incredible potential of quantum computing. This was a creative collaboration between Adelphoi's in-house Andy Sherriff on sound design, and Ashley Bates on composition.

Ashley says "the key goal of the music was to create space, space not only to represent the enormity of the quantum world but also, on a practical level, space for the voiceover and sound design to be heard, and to be able to flow around them. I tried to achieve a sense of wonder and anticipation regarding the journey we are on in to the new world of quantum computing; the impression of moving forward; yes, into the unknown, but with a feeling of confidence and determination."
