Wetransfer’s online platform WePresent showcases inspirational and creative stories from around the world. In this four-part mini series WePresent have teamed up with Squarespace, a website building platform, to bring you the stories of four trailblazing black female entrepreneurs.

Gal-Dem founder Liv Little, entrepreneur Sharmadean Reid MBE, Oratory Glory chief executive Holley Murchison and visual artist Jade Purple Brown provide insights into their successes and struggles in business and in doing so, hope to inspire a new generation to enter the business world. The work was directed by Lou Jasmine through Pi Studios.

We teamed up with female electronic artist and producer Art School Girlfriend to create an uplifting and emotive score using a delicate arrangement of strings and keys across many different parts of the films.

Above: LIV LITTLE is the founder of gal-dem, a media company spotlighting women and non-binary people of colour. She is a writer, curator and speaker, and has worked with the BBC and the Guardian.
